For parts available in Youmia-Reel service, when the order quantity is less than a full reel, we can put the cut tape on a reel (including 500mm of leader and trail tape). A service fee of $3.00 per SKU will be charged. All Youmia-Reel orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
How are items packed when the order quantity is not a full reel?
When the order quantity is less than a full reel, parts are packed in cut tapes. If the parts ordered from each warehouse are packed into more than 2 cut tapes, we will confirm with you before shipment.
When your order quantity meets a full reel, you will receive an original reel as we get it from the supplier. For example, if a full reel is 5000, and your order quantity is 5000, you will receive an original full reel. We'll contact you for confirmation before shipment if it is not the case.
Orders can be canceled by customers if they are unpaid. For paid orders, please contact us via [email protected]. Note: In-stock orders cannot be canceled after shipping, and a restocking fee of 0.5USD per item will be charged if the customer canceled after orders begin to proceed in Youmia warehouses. Backorders cannot be canceled by customers after payment or any contract and agreement are confirmed.
Youmia provides electronic components at a very competitive price in the China market and offers multi-step prices. Hence the price is not supposed to be negotiated. But if the quantity you need is larger than the highest step, you are welcome to contact us to see if we can offer a better price.

Currently, we only accept PayPal and Wire Transfer. Please note that customers are responsible for all bank charges.
Shipping costs for your order can be found on the shopping cart page before you checkout. Please click the 'estimate' button, choose the country and fill in the postcode, all the available shipping methods/shipping costs/delivery times will be shown on the page.
If you need to change the order address, please provide the Youmia order NO. and your new address information by contacting us via [email protected]. If your order has been shipped out, Youmia can't guarantee to change the shipping address successfully.
Customers are expected to pay any amount charged by the government or customs at the destination. This includes duties, taxes, and any extra fees charged by the courier company.
Youmia does not accept return requests if it is not due to quality reasons. Return requests should be submitted within 30 days from the date of the parcel being delivered. If quality problems occur with the products, Youmia entitles the customer to a replacement or return; or compensate the customer for the direct economic loss. The amount of compensation is limited to the price of the defective products.
